WILL I BE PUT IN A BOX?



Sadly, the greatest hindrance for many individuals when it comes to being open to discovering more about themselves and others through any system is the false belief that they will be put into a box.  


When in actuality nobody is putting anyone in a box.  This type of false belief and negative labeling typically comes from some kind of previous wounding, pride, vanity, ignorance, and unrealistic fears.  

From my personal experience and with everyone I’ve ever worked with so far, we all come to a place of great gratitude when we recognize how helpful these profiling systems can be. They actually equip people to open up their own self-made boxes!  People learn more about themselves and others through new worlds that contain a multitude of different and similar perspectives, innate preferences, and dispositions that come with unique strengths and challenges!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

👉One of the greatest benefits of using these different tools is they each provide their own neutral platforms with effective vocabulary to describe motivations, actions, reactions, etc., that are vastly different from our own.  
👉They provide skills, to connect, communicate and resolve conflict that are respectful and loving where the other person feels heard and understood without judgment or condemnation.  
👉These tools are helpful in finding the clarity to identify how and where you need to realign your own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs from the inside out.  
👉They equip you to manage stressful circumstances that take you out of your natural preferences.  
👉They teach you why and how to preserve your energy. 
👉You can learn how to lead in your own God-given design while approaching others who are hardwired with completely different designs in ways that foster cooperation and harmony. 
 👉They can be very useful in building deeper connections and emotional intimacy with God and other people, by providing platforms to practice the art of redemptive listening with a more understanding heart. 
👉You learn insights and interpersonal skills that can help you better connect with yourself, your spouse, your children, your siblings, your family, friends, coworkers, and foes.
